About The Event

Join us for a unique inner journey:
• Begin with a cacao ceremony
• Relax with guided meditation
• Learn to paint intuitively and create your self-portrait
• Enjoy the atmosphere with live music
The experience begins with a meditation and cacao ceremony led by Scarlett Grae — a chance to quiet the mind, open the heart, and arrive fully in the present moment. This gentle opening sets the tone for reflection and creativity.
You’ll then be guided by Fifi Pourmohseni, a fine artist and researcher, who will lead you through the first steps of creating your self-portrait. Her guidance isn’t focused on technique, but on exploring how you see yourself and how you wish to be seen.
From there, the gathering flows into a spacious, self-guided hour of painting. As you continue your portrait at your own pace, you’ll be accompanied by the live sounds of Delyar Rahmdel, who moves between instruments to create an atmosphere of inspiration, presence, and flow.
This is more than an art class or workshop.
It’s a journey into self-discovery, peace, and connection. By the end, you’ll leave with not only your artwork, but also a memory of a meaningful afternoon shared in community.
• No art materials needed, we’ve got it all ready. Just bring yourself.
Meet: Scarlett Grae - @iamscarlettgrae

Scarlett Grae is a mixed-heritage artist with Mexican and Potawatomi roots, born in the United States and adopted and raised in Northern B.C. in Canada. Her work explores themes of identity, connection, and transformation. Since 2021, she has developed a body of work rooted in coloured pencil and is now expanding into acrylic and mixed media, reflecting a deeper turn toward personal expression and inner exploration.
Her creative journey is closely tied to ceremony. Scarlett felt a deep call to the Moon Dance, a women’s ceremony born in Mexico and recreated from codices, oral teachings, and ancestral traditions. Joining for the first time, she broke a four-day fast with cacao in the jungles of Mexico, an experience that felt like coming home. The Moon Dance is a nine-day immersion where women fast from solids, dance four nights under the moon, and learn through teachings and practices that connect them deeply with Mother Nature and with themselves. This initiation opened a new path for Scarlett, inspiring her to weave spirituality and art.
Today, she guides circles that bring together intention setting, meditation, painting, and sound, creating immersive spaces for presence, healing, and community. Through her art and ceremonial practice, Scarlett seeks to offer spaces where creativity becomes a pathway for connection, reflection, and transformation. Fifi Pourmohseni - @fifipourmohsenii

Fifi is an artist whose life has never been a profession but a journey of meaning. Since her teenage years, she has wandered through the landscapes of existence with brush and canvas, each work a fragment of inquiry, a gesture toward truth. Her studies at the University of Art, from Graphic Design to Art Research, shaped her both as a creator and a thinker, an artist who paints forms and a philosopher who questions what lies beneath them.
For Fifi, painting is not merely an act of representation but a language of being. Research becomes a path to unveil the hidden essence behind images. As a teacher of creativity, and equally as a specialist in branding and marketing, she moves seamlessly between worlds that seem apart, discovering in each a possibility for beauty, imagination, and meaning.
She calls herself a Persian Wanderer: a seeker who emerged from Iran and now lives in Vancouver, where the polyphony of cultures deepens her artistic quest. For her, curating and creating artistic events. Whether in music, painting, or interdisciplinary gatherings, is less an occupation than a ritual of human connection.
More than an artist who paints or writes, Fifi Pourmohseni has chosen an artistic way of being. Her life is an endless voyage, where every line, every color, and every word becomes a shard of the infinite truth that art alone can reveal. Delyar Rahmdel - @delyarr

Delyar is an Iranian Multi-Instrumentalist who blends her classical training with a profound passion for sound healing.
After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Music and Flute studies, she discovered the transformative power of sound and vibration, leading her to become a certified sound healer with over a decade of experience.
Delyar’s performances are designed to uplift the soul and guide listeners on a magical inner journey. By using Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Flutes, and more, she creates a memorable one-hour experience that resonates deeply with every individual.
Ashley Levii - @ashleyleviiwellness

Ashley Levii is a yoga and movement teacher, holistic wellness mentor, and new mom who approaches life as a practice of presence. For her, holding space is an act of respect - a way of creating room for others to lay their guard down, listen inward, and rise into their most capable and confident selves. She believes yoga is not about postures but about meeting life with steadiness, breath, and honesty.
Motherhood has deepened this path, teaching her new rhythms of patience, strength, and love that flow into the spaces she holds. Ashley invites others to slow down, to notice, and to step closer to the quiet truth of who they are.
