Storage Locker Monthly Rental

Locker Rental Agreement & Rules

Locker Payment:Once you've paid for your locker rental, you'll receive an access code to enter the container along with your assigned locker number. Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, or card. An invoice will automatically be provided for your records. You must keep this information private, and if anyone else is interested in renting a locker, they must contact us directly.

Access Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM to late

• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM to late

Locker Space Rules:

1. Usage: Only personal items related to the club's activities are allowed in your locker. No drugs, illegal items, or prohibited substances are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of locker access and possible legal consequences.

2. Cleanliness: You are required to keep your locker clean and organized. No food or perishable items should be stored.

3. Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your locker. The club is not liable for any lost or damaged items. Ensure your locker is securely locked before you leave.

4. Code Security: Do not share your locker access code with anyone. Misuse of locker codes may result in penalties or forfeiture of your locker.

5. Compliance: All items stored must comply with the club’s guidelines. Management reserves the right to inspect lockers if there is suspicion of policy violation, including the storage of illegal items.

Container Access & Closing Responsibilities:

• Closing the Container: It is your responsibility to properly close the container once you leave. This includes locking the main container door and ensuring it is secure for the next user.

• Propane Safety: If you use propane or any other amenities within the container, ensure all equipment is properly shut off before leaving.

Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of locker privileges and access to the club.
